WHO IS BRIDGET SKELTON?
Bridget is a highly motivated and experienced senior executive and Board member, with 25 years business leadership experience gained at the highest level of Legal, Financial, Management Consultancy, Retail, Government and Charity organisations.
She works in both executive and advisory capacities bringing independence, impartiality, integrity, constructive challenge, wide experience and a valuable set of personal qualities.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Bridget currently has Board positions with Mills & Reeve LLP, KCHFT ( Kent Community Health Foundation Trust) and Kilburn & Strode LLP.
In 2006 Bridget set up Bridget Skelton Ltd – a business created to enhance executive performance. Since then she has worked with Chairs, Chief Executives, Senior Civil Servants, Senior Partners, Directors and top level business executives to support their achievement of personal and corporate goals.
Bridget was with the PA Consulting Group for 12 years and as a Board member, member of the Management Committee and a leader of PA she set the strategy and led management to achieve results of £320m, employing over 3000 consultants in 26 countries. She managed the People and Organisational Change Practice, and the Global Business Transformation Group with revenues of £18m and £62m respectively. She chaired the Corporate Partner Election Committee, for three consecutive years, which was responsible for the standards and performance levels of 160 Partners. She played a lead role in an American acquisition for PA.

Won Lloyds TSB World Class Change award for strategic work in business design, and transformation of practices delivering £8m savings. Awarded Management Consultancy Association (MCA) Prize for redesigning Barclays support functions resulting in headcount reduction and cost savings of 25%
